Please, do not send cash or checks in the mail to Russia! We had troubles with Russian Postal service before. Envelopes may be opened before they reach destination!

  Registration fee includes:

1) An issue of the Workshop proceedings (hard copy).

2) Excursion to the Isaac Cathedral (the biggest cathedral in St.-Petersburg). (Tuesday, 26 March, afternoon) .

3) Excursion to the Hermitage museum - Winter Palace. (The Golden rooms - Treasure Gallery are included) (Thursday, 28 March).

4) Dinner in the traditional Russian restaurant (Thursday, 28 March) .

5) Transportation between the hotel and the International Airport. 

6) Transportation between the designated hotel and the SEC during the Workshop .

7) Coffee breaks during sessions

Accommodation

We recommend to stay in Hotel "St.-Petersburg" ( *** - star ) which will be three bus stops from the workshop location. We will also provide the transportation to workshop location from this hotel.

Regular Single rooms are available at $ 54 per night;

Improved rooms ("European standard") (***+) are available at $ 70-90 per night.

Breakfast is included.

 

Four and five-star hotels are located in the city center - not in the vicinity of the conference place and traffic jams are very likely. The prices of single rooms are around $ 200 per night.
